WMR was appointed as the principal contractor for the refurbishment of the disused basement on the ground floor of the building. The scope of work was to transform the dilapidated corridor and male and female toilets into luxury washrooms and an accessible corridor to the car park for the tenants of this Grade A office development.
Works involved:
- Design & replacement of HVAC system
- Design & replacement of electrical system and installation of new DB boards
- Design & replacement of the hot and cold plumbing supplies, including new Hot Water System
- Overhaul of the existing fire detection system
- Design & replacement of emergency lighting
- Structural alteration to facilitate new layout
- New fire-rated partitions and dry lining to configure the new layout
- Installation of new fire doors
- Installation of new grid ceiling
- Wall & floor tiling
- Floor screeds and Luxury Vinyl Tile installation
- Taping/filling & decoration
- Installation of new sanitaryware
