The Hermitage Park Pavilion was the first commercial building in Scotland built to Passivehaus standards. Other features include the triple-glazed 30m south elevation, intelligent MVHR system utilising surplus energy from the commercial appliances, air source heat pumps and the solar panel system. WMR Contractors worked in conjunction with the main contractor to undertake all framework, first and second fix joiner, external cladding and M&E services.
